Again, nice.

Nice work, Gravey. You started out with a simple piano, and the melody started off the song nicely. Then, the drums were added. This somehow added focus to the piano, but nice touch. I would make it a few decibels louder, though. You maintained focus by changing up the melody and adding synths, which remind me if violins and accompany the melody nicely, until the middle of the song. Then, you let out a small melody, which renewed the listener's interest of the song. After that, the ending topped every thing off well.

Gravey responds:

Ah, the whole "this should be louder" argument. A lot of people often feel that way about my classical music, but to be honest I'm not to worried about these compositions being the loudest. I'm more aiming for dynamics and variance than I am being loud. Plus this song is so delicate I don't think it would be appropriate to be much louder. ;-)

Glad you liked the tune my friend.

Nice.

Something did seem missing from the song that I can't quite put my finger on, but overall, it's awesome. Keep it up.

Wow.

Again, you amaze me. This is another great song from you. It's very nice to have a pianist that is able to record himself without modifying anything (except the ambient noise around you). Thank you and happy Valentines Day!

Makes me happy. xD

No matter what you say it is, a haunted doctor's office or a techno song, the way the song is pulled off has me feeling happy. This is probably because you rarely come across a music style anything like this. Keep working like this and you'll get to the top of the industrial music charts, inside and outside Newgrounds.

Nice work,

Haha, yeah, that's what we're trying to do, make a unique sound for us. We only dream to be in the top of the charts right now, but hopefully we can make that a reality. Thanks for the review.

Nice piece of music : )

The bass goes with the synths in such a way that it feels like there's a ton of pressure in the atmosphere... can't quite explain it, really. xD. I really love it, though. Say, if I were to use this in a video I make in the future, would you mind?

If only this were made for Castle Crashers...

I really would like this for CC. It has the right for either (of course) the Necromancer battle, or the marsh. Oh well. Either way, love it!

If you check your previous songs,

I'll bet you will notice both large and subtle changes in your creations. Also, what version of FL do you use? I'm pondering FL 8 (I know 9 is out). Can you give suggestions?

Waterflame responds:

hm yeah X) im just exploring another genre, thats all ;) i wont leave my own style, for sure. i just accidentaly voted 0 on my own song. hm. that sure sucks. -_- lol anyways! tips.. not really? D: i use FL8 aswell ^-^ what kind of tips did you have in mind? :P

thanks!

One of the first songs that gave me goosebumps.

And that's good. However, It was way too repetitive. This is great for sampling and scratching, though. It would be perfect if you mixed this with another track of yours.

I really thought...

That there would be many more reviews when I came to review this, especially when I waited a long time. However, there isn't. Oh well. I really love this song. Since I just made my account, I am now adding this to my favorites.

csdthegreat responds:

Oh hey, I checked my reviews and there was actually a new one. XP Thanks. I'd upload more songs but nothing ever sounds complete to me. And I've switched to the Renoise 2 demo and therefore can't turn mah songs into em pee treez...

Awesome!

This was the best song you made so far-- the second being the edited song you made for Castle Crashers. Keep up the good work.
