It's very calming.

I'm really fond of this type of song. For me, it sounds like adaptive ambience. It's busy, but not enough to get out of ambience, but too much at times to be ambient. It's odd, but I like it. I would love hearing how dubstep would sound from an artist like you.

I'm sorry I missed this, but here I am! I remember reading it, I must have been busy or something to dismiss it. Thank you.

I'll keep that dubstep comment in mind, too. Perhaps I could give it a shot. Out of my comfort zone, but that's not always a bad thing, you know?

Heard, Loved.

Awesome. I very much like your instrumentals.

Heard it on YT and loved it.

Awesome job. Glad to hear more from you.

Use non-generic drums.

These drums are seriously overused. Maybe you could get clearer samples? Great otherwise.

Did you know

That Mix Master Mike uses Ableton Live? o.O Anyways, awesome dance/house.

blarsa responds:

Thanks! Deadmau5 uses it as well. We moved on to Cubase 5 though haha.

Too much noise going on.

There is a bit of excess noise going on, so if you cut down a bit on that for the drum set, it's good because I can barely hear much else. I added you to faved artists and await the track.

Perfect new genre

It's great that you combined Industrial with metal with almost a DnB sound. Congrats, and nice work. A 5/5 for you. However, the noise provides a tad too much music clutter, so I'll take off one point off the ten stars. If you make the noise a bit clearer, I 'll bring the point back on your next track.

Haha, yeah, my headphones broke during the final stages of production so I could never do a final mix on it. And sadly, my computer crashed and it'll be a while before I can edit ANY of my songs, if i can recover them. So this'll be my last song for a while... :(

Thanks for the review.

A lot of changes need to be made.

Sorry, but to do a song medley or remix (or both), you need to be able to give it more than subtle changes and a few noises here and there. Also, I have good headphones. The bass should not be compressed.

Try changing:
The drums
The (whole)bass
The guitars

Don't Change:
The speed (unless it's fixed)
Panning (unless you get good with it and do it smoothly)

Try not to copy the song note for note. Even though you changed the speed, added some noise, and did some panning, it's still practically theirs unless you include very little of the actual song and add more of your own style into it. Don't be a rip off. I'll give it a better rating when it's changed.

A bit of tweaking would give you a 10...

Alright, let me get ro the point. The synth you had in the beginning has a very limited sound range. Remove a filter if you have one, because that synth stays in for over a minute. If you made more tones with it, this song could suck me in easily. The drum patterns were not that good if you don't mind me saying so. You could put some more good beats into it. The 8-bit synth that come in around 3:39 was perfect and added character into the song, but at too late a time. THen you repeat everything and it starts to get annoying. There's too much noise going on. The s=part at 4:50 was awesome, but that also came in late. IT would also be nice to have a loopable anding that I could listen to without noticing it repeats. I know you have done and could do much better, so I'm giving you a 7.

This Makes the Mobius Strip go Crazy.

Nice job, but look at that visualizer go.xD

flight39 responds:

Yeah, I never really noticed it but you're absolutely right, the mobius strip is crazy! Almost hypnotic...
